Dr Samir Fahmy an L&D Expert with more than 45 Years Experience in Pharma Industry who Started has professional career back in 1977 In Pfizer Egypt exceling in multiple of roles Sales , training & leadership roles till he was assigned as L&D Regional Director for Africa & middle east reporting to the Global HR President in Pfizer NY Worldwide global Head Quarter
Early in 2010, Dr. Samir Fahmy founded LEADS ( Leadership effectiveness and development solutions ) his wealth of experience and commitment drove LEADS presence in most of middle east countries working collaboratively with leading multinationals to help elevate excellence across different functions & roles.
His believe, experience & values built the heritage of LEADS group over the past 16 Years successfully partnering with leading multinational , international & Egyptian companies were we successfully succeeded to train more than 20,000K Employee & recruit More than 3200 employee
